Williamsburg Law Firm Becomes Member of Life Care Planning Law Firms Association

Helena S. Mock, Esq. of The Peninsula Center for Estate and Lifelong Planning in Williamsburg, Virginia has recently been approved as a member of the Life Care Planning Law Firms Association.

The Life Care Planning Law Firms Association (LCPLFA) is a not-for-profit entity whose mission is to develop life care planning as a holistic legal practice that anticipates and provides legal and care advocacy services to clients as their circumstances and health care needs change.

Members of the association are committed to helping clients and their families navigate the long-term and health care system and advocate for good care during their loved one's journey through the elder care continuum.

Mock practices in the areas of estate, tax, and business planning, probate and trust administration, and long term and life care planning. She is also an Adjunct Professor of Law at the College of William & Mary Law School and Managing Attorney for the Law School's Elder Law Clinic.

Mock joins a select group of attorneys who are charter members of the LCPLFA-these members serve on the boards of national, state and local organizations serving the elderly, disabled and their families.
