Providence Classical presents senior academic and character awards

Providence Classical School presented its senior class with academic and character awards during its year-end festivities. The presentations were made during the school's annual senior chapel. Seniors choose the music (and this year opted to perform the school Alma Mater for the student body) and are honored for their achievements during their time at PCS. PCS focuses on development of the Christian character and lauds students for their attributes in each report card as well as during the culmination of their time at PCS. This year, presentations were made for the following:

PCS follows the classical model of education and is Williamsburg's only K-12 classical, Christian school. Founded in 2001, PCS will celebrate its 15th anniversary during the 2015-16 school year. PCS students are firmly grounded in the trivium: the grammar (K-5), dialectic/logic (6-8) and rhetoric (9-12) aspects of education. With emphases on developing character and the skills necessary to become life-long learners, PCS faculty and staff inspire, encourage and nurture each student.
