Pure Barre and the Williamsburg Indoor Sports Complex (WISC) will host a free, community class for a local charity this month.
This November, two local businesses will focus on being healthy and strong this holiday, while they raise canned food donations for the Fish Food Bank. Amy Perkinson, Co- Owner of Pure Barre originally met Chris Scrofani, Vice President of the WISC in early 2016, as they were partners with Dancing with the Williamsburg Stars. That has sparked a collaborated relationship to engage with the Williamsburg Community.
On Saturday, November 18th at 10:00am, head over to the WISC and experience a free Pure Barre Pop Up class. With the newest cardio centric addition to their schedule, this class will be a mix of isometric work, as we'll as a heart pumping, highly energetic full body workout. Pure Barre will be accepting canned food donations on site to donate to FISH.
All are welcome to this community event. Please register online at www.purebarre.com/va-williamsburg or email firstname.lastname@example.org to register for the class or reach out to any questions!
