Riverside Health System's Neuroscience Program Presents Stroke Awareness Event

Dinner and presentation for EMS and Healthcare Professionals to be held on October 24, 2017

NEWPORT NEWS/WILLIAMSBURG, Va. - Riverside Health System's Neuroscience Program will present a stroke awareness event on Tuesday, October 24, 2017, at the Waypoint Grill in Williamsburg, Va. This event is being offered to EMS providers and healthcare professionals.

Presented by Pankajavalli Ramakrishnan, M.D., Ph.D, a Stroke Neurologist and Neurointerventionalist at Riverside Regional Medical Center, the program is titled "New Advances in Stroke and Neurovascular Medicine." The program will begin at 6:00 p.m., with Dr. Ramakrishnan's presentation beginning at 6:30 p.m. Seating is limited.
