Senator Norment speaks to Colonial Capital Kiwanis

Senator Tommy Norment, who represents Virginia's Third Senatorial District and is Majority Leader in the Virginia Senate recently spoke to the Kiwanis Club of Colonial Capital about the recent biennial meeting of the Virginia General Assembly. Senator Norment spoke about a variety of issues including the successful passage of a balanced budget, the state of the economy of the Commonwealth, and the recent executive order granting voting rights to convicted felons who have served their time and paid their fines and judgements.
