Spotlight on Musical Theater

Eastern Virginia School for the Performing Arts is hosting a free community musical theater program review. All the students of their pre-professional musical theater department will be spotlighting their skills at Patriots Colony Sunday afternoon at 2pm. Ron Boucher, of EVSPA and CAPA Fund has been working with musical theater students for over 2 decades along with having had his own successful opera career, including work at the Lincoln Center in NYC. His tutelage allows the students of EVSPA to prepare for careers in the theater, either in voice, acting or musical theater. EVSPA offers a unique pre-professional program for Hampton Roads, and the shows put on by their students are always well done and a great way to spend an afternoon. The show is Sunday October 25th at 2pm at Patriots Colony.
