If you are six or older, come join us at the Botanical Garden at Freedom Park on Saturday, June 10th, from 10:00-11:00 a.m. to learn about the birds in your backyard. This children's program will explore the amazing world of local backyard birds so you can learn what they are doing when you don't see them. Want to know what a day in the life of your favorite songbird is really like? Come. What trick does the Blue Jay use to get the most seeds from the bird feeder? Come. Why does the American Robin take more baths than other birds? Come and find out these and many more amazing facts about our backyard birds! Then have some fun making a bird craft to take home. This children's program, for ages 6 and up, is presented by JCCW Master Gardeners Jordan Westenhaver and Karen Brooks. Please register by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org .
