WCAC Opens its Inaugural Members' Co-Op Show at the Blue Building!

After remodeling its galleries, the Williamsburg Contemporary Art Center just re-opened at 110 Westover Avenue in the Arts District. It kicks off with a brand new concept - the Members' Co-Op Show - which allows member artists to feature larger bodies of work in the Main and Middle galleries. Twelve artists will display their Works in a variety of mediums: Gerry Buetow, watercolor / Thomas Ema, oil / Gail Johnson, oil / Juliet Kirby, botanical watercolor / Jeanne Kouhestani, oil portraits / Kay Krapfl, oil, acrylic and clay / Melody Loftheim, Norwegian Rosemaling / Mary McCormick, acrylic and watercolor / Bill Smith, acrylic / Constance Svindland, jewelry / Rice Trolan, watercolor / Pat Wilson, watercolor. Also, see other member artwork in the Members Fireside Gallery. Plan to stop by the new space and see this delightful show. It runs through May 12 and many of the artists will be in residence.
