William and Mary junior nominated for prestigious DAR Conservation Award

Kate Waller Barrett Rennie, Conservation Chair, Williamsburg Chapter, National Society Daughters of the American Revolution, met at Regent Virginia Snyder Lee's home with Audrey Kriva to discuss the nomination process for the Conservation Award and medal. Miss Kriva, (Class of 2017, Biology major and Computer Science minor) got the idea to collect dorm castoffs left by students each May, refurbish them, and sell them to incoming students in August. Motto: "Reduce, reuse, DormMania". The Honorable Clyde Haulman and Virginia Ambler, Ph.D., Vice President of Student Affairs, W&M, endorsed the nominee.
