William & Mary Students Volunteer for Make a Difference Day

On Make a Difference Day, October 22, 2016, the ReStore welcomed twelve William and Mary Student volunteers. Make a Difference Day is one of the largest annual single-days of service nationwide. The students were from William and Mary's Circle K International Club and the Ruritan Club. While volunteering the students certainly did make a difference. They assisted with cleaning, sizing and preparing area rugs and windows for sale. They also got in the Christmas spirit by putting together several donated Christmas trees. Their help processing donations is greatly appreciated and we hope to see them again. Our wonderful volunteers, donors and customers truly help the Williamsburg ReStore everyday not just on Make a Difference Day.
