Williamsburg Rotary offers hears benefits of Boys and Girls Clubs of Virginia Peninsula

Williamsburg Rotary Club member Chris Eckols hosted Emily Roman (right), the Development Coordinator of Boys & Girls Clubs of the Virginia Peninsula as our recent guest speaker. Since 1946 the Boys & Girls Clubs have served the community by offering affordable after-school and summer care to youth ages 6-18. Michael Hobart (center) , a parent of children who have benefited from the clubs, gave a moving testimonial about the excellent work of the organization. Williamsburg club President Chuck Hobson (left), in the photo, presented a certificate of a book that the club donated to the Williamsburg Library in Hobart and Roman's names.
