Winners in the Lions Bland Music Competition

The Williamsburg Host Lions Club held their annual James Bland Music Scholarship Competition on February 17th at the Williamsburg Landing. There were eight students who competed as Instrumentalists and two vocalists. Stefania Ilardi, pianist, was awarded first place and Caleb Song, violinist, was awarded second place as instrumentalists, and Parker Bigley was awarded first place and Aleah McGill was awarded second place as soprano vocalists. The winners will advance to the Lions 24D District Region I Competition which will be held on March 10th at the Williamsburg Landing. Lion Robert Hodge was the master of ceremonies for the competition.
