WISC Team Gymnastics is coming to the end of another successful season!

As we are approaching the end of the 2015-2016 amazing and successful season at WISC Team Gymnastics we would like to say congratulations to all of our athletes and thank you to all of their family and friends who give them the support to push themselves to reach so many goals.

The WISC Gymnastics Junior Olympic Optional level 8 team competed in there State meet, March 19-20 in Richmond Convention Center. Natalie Stauch qualified to Region 7 Level 8 meet and competed in Pennsylvania April 2, 2016 wining two medals for Beam and Vault and her All Start 2 Team placed 5th. Jocelyn Covaney, Level 8 placed 3rd on Vault scoring 9.575.

On April 16 and 17 WISC Optional team competed at their Level 6 State meet at Radford University. Zoe Wallace scored the highest All Around score for the session as well as the highest score for the WISC Team of 38.175 and become a State Champion.

She also placed 1st on Vault with 9.850, 2nd on Uneven Bars 9.425 and 3rd place on Beam with 9.450. McKenna Vischer, Level 6 placed 2nd on Beam with 9.600 and 3rd on Floor with score of 9.625.
Recently WISC Level 4 and Level 5 girls competed at their state meet. Laurel Ho, level 5 is State Floor Champion and 3rd place on Vault with score 9.525. Grace Getkin placed 3rd on Vault 9.550.

Our WISC Excel teams will also be competing at State Championship May 22-23 at the Hampton Convention Center. Please continue to come out and support all of our teams as we are so exceptionally proud of them.

WISC Trampoline and Tumbling (T&T) team competed on April 30-May 1 in Dulles, VA.The T&T Team had an incredibly successful season with the last meet at the Region 6 T&T Championships.
All athletes did very well and Jake Doherty took home gold and silver, Ainsley McMahon received gold in Power Tumbling event, and Ayanna Moore received 2nd place in Tumbling. It was a great venue and the team would not have made their goals without their wonderful coach Diana McCummings.
Best wishes to our Senior Gymnasts Alexis Brander'A'Brandis. We are so proud of you! W&M is lucky to have you in the fall.
Good Luck to Level 3 competing at their State meet May 14-15 and our entire Xcel girl competing on May 20-22 in their state meet.
