York High School Students Volunteer at the Williamsburg ReStore

On November 14, 2015 students from the Do Something Club at York High School volunteered here at the Williamsburg ReStore. They were motivated, hard workers who helped with our recycling program. They also cleaned rugs and prepared them for the sales floor. In addition, they helped to organize and move furniture from the back storage room to the sales floor. In total, they completed 15 volunteer hours on Saturday. Working with these young volunteers gives hope and a reason to stay positive that with young people like this in the world, the ReStore can continue to build homes, community and hope for many decades to come.
