All northbound and southbound lanes on Centerville Road at Jolly Pond Road in James City County are closed due to a crash, according to VDOT.
The crash is in the 6100 block of Centerville Road.
VDOT warns of delays and advises drivers use an alternate route.
The vehicle impacted a Dominion Power pole, cutting off power to 3,578 customers, according to Dominion spokeswoman Bonita Harris.
Power was restored for most customers within minutes by switching to an alternative power source but 1,388 customers were still without power mid-morning.
Repair crews are repairing the pole and plan to complete the repair and restore power by 12 p.m., Harris said.
