Rain and thunderstorms are in the region’s weather prediction for Thursday, forecasters said.

The high temperature will be 63 degrees, with some sunshine before a 30 to 60 percent chance of rain or thunderstorms after 2 p.m., according to The National Weather Service.

There will be a light, northeast wind from 9 to 11 mph. Thursday night’s temperatures will dip into the low 50s.
