The weather heading into the holiday weekend Friday will be pleasant, with a high near 86 degrees and sun, according to the National Weather Service.
The low Friday night will be around 70 degrees.
The weekend forecast for the region includes thunderstorms likely after 2 p.m. Saturday, and a chance of showers and thunderstorms Sunday and Monday.
