A Williamsburg bakery will host a Prince rememberance celebration as part of its customer appreciation day Sunday.

Cakes By Tawanda at 1408 Richmond Road in Williamsburg, near the Bypass Road split, is hosting the event with free cupcakes from 1 to 4 p.m. Sunday.

Prince, a quintuple threat instrumentalist-singer-songwriter-producer-performer who became one of the towering figures in music the last four decades, has died.

The 57-year-old was found dead Thursday morning at his Paisley Park estate in Chanhassen, Minn., according to police reports.

Fans have camped out at the estate that houses a studio where much of his music came to life, and local fans have taken to Twitter and Facebook to share their favorite Prince songs, photos and videos.

Officials continue to investigate the music legend's death after his autopsy Friday.
