In most of the Peninsula, gasoline prices have fallen below two dollars per gallon. At the Kroger station, using the Kroger Plus Shopper's Card, one can have even a few more cents knocked off on September 21, 2015. Vesey Wilson, left, was paying slightly more as he was filling with premium; but, he said it it still less than up north in Washington, D.C.
