A York County home was heavily damaged by fire Friday morning, an official said.
Firefighters responded to the blaze in the 100 block of Anchor Drive about 3:30 a.m., York County Fire and Life Safety Chief Stephen Kopczynski said in a news release.
First responding crews saw heavy flames coming from the back of the house. All four people inside had already made it out safely, he said.
Most of the fire damage was contained to the back of the home and attic, but other areas were damaged by smoke, he said.
No injuries were reported, and the cause is under investigation.
