The National Weather Service forecast calls for a 70 percent chance for rain throughout the day, decreasing to 40 percent Thursday night.
Expect a high temperature about 58 degrees and a low about 45.
Winds during the day will be out of the southeast, about 6 mph, shifting to out of the southwest in the early evening and increasing to about 10 to 15 mph.
Winds will become west overnight and increase to 16 to 21 mph, gusting as high as 36 mph.
Winds are expected to increase Friday as a Nor’easter impacts the region. There will also be a chance for coastal flooding into the weekend.
