The Olde Towne Medical and Dental Center staff, volunteers and patients are taking part in the Karene O¿Hare Memorial Run for Ovarian Cancer on Sept. 7 at New Quarter Park. The event is open to the public. In 2012, the fund donated $20,000 to Olde Towne Medical and Dental Center to help with its Women¿s Health screenings. The run raises money to fund grants to medical service providers for ovarian cancer screening, for testing and treatment. It also underwrites an ovarian cancer education program. These are critical goals that meet important health issues for woman of all ages. Pictured are John O'Hare and OTMC clinical services director Martha Klinger, CFNP.
