UPDATED: Ill missing man located in York County

Updated 12:44 p.m. Aug. 8: Gregory Harvey was located on Aug. 7.

Harvey, 47 of York County, was treated by medics and was transported to a local hospital for evaluation, according to a York-Poquoson Sheriff’s Office Facebook post.

Original Story: The York-Poquoson Sheriff’s Office is searching for a missing York County man.

Gregory Harvey, 47 of York County, was last seen around 3 p.m. on Aug. 5 near Tide Mill Road and Moore’s Creek Drive in York County, according to York-Poquoson Sheriff’s Office spokeswoman Shelley Ward.

“We have the K-9 unit and drone out searching,” Ward said.

Harvey has health problems and needs his medication, according to a York-Poquoson Sheriff’s Office Facebook post.

Harvey is approximately 5’4” tall and weighs between 110 and 120 lbs.

Harvey no longer has a mustache, Ward said.
