Chamber music fills the fall

The Chamber Music Society of Williamsburg, now in it's 30th year, is gearing up for another fall concert season.

The society will host groups in September, October, and November, then again from Feburary to April.

On Sept. 12, they'll host the Miró Quartet, a four-piece ensemble based in Austin, Texas. Both the New Yorker and the Cleveland Plain Dealer have given the group positive reviews. In years past, the concert series attracted performers both domestic and abroad.

Performances start at 8 p.m. in the Williamsburg Regional Library Theatre. Tickets are $15, and $5 for college students. Those interested in buying tickets for a particular concert can place themselves on the standby list through the society's website:
