Northwestern King and Queen County in east central Virginia... Southeastern Caroline County in north central Virginia... Northwestern King William County in east central Virginia... * Until 915 PM EDT Monday. * At 842 AM EDT, the reporting gauge on the Mattaponi River at Beulahville continues to indicate water levels above minor flood stage. This indicates that the river is out of its banks and some roads in the area near the river may be impacted with flood waters. Motorists are urged to heed and any high water or road closed signs. * Some locations that will experience flooding include... Saint Stephens Church, Beulahville, Newtown, Aylett, Central Garage, Owenton, Upshaw, Biscoe, Gether, Pollards Corner, Globe, Turpin and Duane Fork. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles.
