The glass door was broken yesterday at the Village Deli on Fort Salonga Road. When the glass was broken it triggered the alarm system, so there was no entry into the store.
Huntington A burglary was discovered today at the Park Avenue Deli. The police report said money was taken from the cash register. A rear door was broken to gain entry.
Huntington Station A fax machine was taken during a burglary reported yesterday at the K Plan office on Walt Whitman Road. A basement window was broken to gain entry.
A storage shed was reported damaged yesterday that was in a gated area at a day-labor hiring site on Depot Road. The police report said some items including a weed whacker were stolen.
Northport A burglary was discovered yesterday at La French Dockside Cleaners on Fort Salonga Road. The owner said money was taken. A glass door was broken to gain entry.
