-- Casey Mears to sign autographs at the Wal-Mart at 1450 Johns Lake Road in Clermont on Wednesday, July 2, 2008 from 7:15 - 9:15 p.m.
Thursday, July 3
-- Kevin Harvick will officially wave the green flag on the Pennzoil Clean Change Challenge, a nationwide campaign to raise awareness about the need to properly dispose of used motor oil. Harvick will join Pennzoil and Wal-Mart team members in an attempt to collect 200 gallons of used motor oil in just two hours. The two-hour event, which will kick off at 10 a.m. at the Wal-Mart located at 1101 Beville Rd, in Daytona Beach.
-- Greg Biffle has a public appearance for 3M at the Publix on Beville Road in Daytona Beach. 1-2 p.m.
-- Jack Roush at Gary Yeoman Ford/Daytona Beach at 1420 Tomoka Farms Rd., Daytona Beach from 5-7 p.m.
-- Select Rolex Sports Car Series presented by Cask No. 16 drivers that are competing in the Brumos Porsche 250 will participate in an autograph session in the Rolex Series garages from 5 to 6 p.m.
Friday, July 4
-- The AFLAC "99" car, driven by Carl Edwards, will be downtown on Lake Eola for the fireworks show from 4 to 10 p.m. The car will be located on Rosalind.
-- Reed Sorenson will be signing autographs and fans can enjoy a free Ball Park Frank during their Fourth of July lunch hour at the Target store located on 2380 West International Speedway Boulevard (The store is directly across the street from Daytona International Speedway) 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
-- Ryan Newman fan forum and cement ceremony at Daytona 500 Experience. 1:30 p.m.

Following the Q&A session, the newest member of the Coca-Cola Racing Family will make his way to the Coke Zero sampling station where he will offer select race fans a free sample of Coke Zero. The Coca-Cola display will be located in the speedway's display area outside Turn 4.

Dale Jarrett named Grand Marshal
Three-time Daytona 500 champion Dale Jarrett has been named Grand Marshal for the Coke Zero 400 at Daytona International Speedway on Saturday night, July 5. Outback Steakhouse President Jeff Smith will serve as Honorary Starter.
Kevin Costner, Modern West To Perform Coke Zero 400 Pre-Race Concert
Academy Award winner Kevin Costner, whose latest film "Swing Vote" will be released nationwide Aug. 1, along with his rock band "Modern West" will perform an one-hour pre-race concert inside the Sprint FANZONE prior to the Coke Zero 400 at Daytona International Speedway on Saturday, July 5.
Costner and his six-member "Modern West" rock band will perform on the Sprint FANZONE Entertainment Stage beginning at 5 p.m.
In the soon-to-be-released comedy "Swing Vote," Costner plays a small-town nobody who ends up with the deciding vote in the election for the next President of the United States.
In August, 2006, Costner formed the rock band Modern West and made its debut at the "Field Of Dreams" film site in Dyersville, Iowa. Since then, the band has played in numerous venues across the United States and in Europe.
Lady Antebellum To Perform Pre-Race Concert, National Anthem For Coke Zero 400
Newly crowned ACM's Top New Vocal Group and Capitol Nashville recording artists Lady Antebellum will perform a 50-minute Pre-Race Concert and the National Anthem prior to the start of the Coke Zero 400 on Saturday, July 5th.
The new group, who is made up of Hillary Scott, Charles Kelley and Dave Haywood, had its new album debut at No. 1 on the Billboard Country Chart, and their first single "Love Don't Live Here," reached No. 3 on the Billboard Country Singles Chart. The band's second single, "Looking for a Good Time," was just released and is one of the most downloaded songs at country radio stations.
Capt. Rick Murphy To Appear At Chevy Display
Capt. Rick Murphy, who hosts the saltwater fishing's show "Sportsman's Adventures With Capt. Rick Murphy," will make an appearance and sign autographs at the Chevy Display located in the Midway outside of Turn 4 during the Coke Zero 400 Weekend Powered By Coca-Cola.
On Saturday, July 5 prior to the race, Murphy will hold 20-minute fishing clinics at the Chevy display and reveal fishing secrets, casting tips and how to take your passion for sport fishing to the next level. The clinics are scheduled for 2 p.m., 3 p.m. and 4 p.m.
Following the clinics, Murphy will sign autographs between 5 p.m. 7 p.m.
Jake Owen To Perform In The Midway Prior To Coke Zero 400
Jake Owen, who was recently nominated for an ACM award for Top New Male Vocalist, will perform in the Midway located outside Turn 4 of Daytona International Speedway prior to the Coke Zero 400 on Saturday, July 5.
Owen, a native of Vero Beach, will perform his concert beginning at 5 p.m.
Owen's debut album "Startin' With Me' produced top 20 hits such as "Yee Haw," "Startin' With Me" and "Something About A Woman."
