The ongoing saga of Johnny Football just won't end.
His off-season has been filled with missteps and misadventures. This allegation, however, is the most serious and could affect his eligibility for his third-year sophomore season.
Texas A&M is projected as a top-10 team this season and a serious national title contender.
Texas A&M spokesman issued a statement saying, "It is Texas A&M's longstanding practice not to respond to such questions concerning specific student-athletes."
The NCAA bylaw involved is 18.104.22.168 -- "accepting money for promoting or advertising the commercial sale of a product or service."
