Jamestown's boys and girls swimming teams each topped Lafayette Friday at Fort Eustis.
The Eagles' boys won 51-43 and the girls 56-38.
In the girls meet, Virginia Tech recruit Joelle Vereb set a Jamestown record by winning the 100-yard backstroke in 59.02, part of her four victory night.
Abby Larson also won all four of her races for the Eagles, including a pair of relays.
The Rams' Colby Hurt took two individual firsts and was on the winning 400 free relay.
Freshman Austin Smith won the 50-yard boys freestyle in 22.78 seconds and swam on two victorious relays for Jamestown.
Sam Long won a pair of races for Lafayette.

Both Tabb and Hornsby entered Monday's boys basketball game with 6-1 records.
The Hawks improved to 7-1 by defeating the Tigers 58-43.
Tobias Moore led the defensive charge for Hornsby with numerous steals that resulted in him scoring nine of his 11 points in the second half. He shot 5-for-6 at the foul line.
Demarco Lawrence also had a strong second with six of his eight points. Lawrence was 4-for-6 from the free throw line.
Javarie Chamberliss led the Hawks with 17 points and Chris Brown added 14. Jairome Smith and Troy Lett completed the scoring with four points each.
The Hawks will host the Kiwanis Basketball Tournament this weekend. Hornsby plays Friday at 8 p.m. against Queens Lake and then plays two games on Saturday.
