Most cases continued in William and Mary drug arrests
WILLIAMSBURG — Just one of nine College of William and Mary students and staff members who were arrested by city police on drug possession and distribution charges, and are scheduled for hearings in court Tuesday, made an appearance.
Biloliddin Tulamirza, also known as Bilol Mirganiev, was in Williamsburg-James City County General District Court for a brief hearing on his attorney status. Tulamirza, 18, has been charged with felony marijuana distribution and selling drugs within 1,000 feet of a school.
