Although Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin and Sammy Davis Jr., no longer light up the Las Vegas strip with their act, their legacy continues. A concert at the Kimball Theatre Sunday pays tribute to the Rat Pack members and the qualities that made them so iconic.
Tony Sands, who performed a solo Frank Sinatra tribute concert at the Kimball in June, returns with Johnny Petillo filling the role of Martin and Geno Monroe channeling Davis. The ensemble began performing the Rat Pack homage eight years ago; Sunday marks its Williamsburg debut.
“It’s the music that they performed all those years ago,” Sands said. “We do all those great hits. It brings back a lot of memories.”
