The Kiwanis Club of Colonial Capital learns about the evolution of Aircraft Carriers

Captain Martin Erdossy (USN-ret) recently presented a program to the Kiwanis Club of Colonial Capital about the evolution of Aircraft Carriers in Naval Warfare starting with the rudimentary efforts at the time of Theodore Roosevelt to the present day nuclear powered Ford Class Carriers. After a 33 year career in the Navy as both a pilot and Carrier Commander Captain Erdossy now works for Huntington Ingalls Industries as Director of Customer Affairs for Aircraft Carrier Programs. Pictured above are club member Mick Taylor, left, who is the program sponsor and Captain Erdossy.
