WILLIAMSBURG - In a stirring commencement speech that drew a standing ovation at William and Mary Hall Saturday, former Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice to the College of William and Mary's graduating class that the privileged education they had just received comes with responsibilities.
"You are entering the most privileged community, the educated community," she said. "And that means you have certain responsibilities."
