Editor's note: On Saturday May 21, The James City County Historical Commission held a dedication ceremony at the Tomb of the Unknown Patriot Soldier of the American Revolution who fell at the Battle of Green Spring on July 6, 1781. Here are the comments Alain Outlaw made at the dedication and wreath-laying ceremony.
