Track and field:
Despite the rain, William and Mary's men and women earned the lead entering Saturday's final day of competition in the Colonial Athletic Association championships at Zable Stadium.
The Tribe women compiled 78.5 points for a 36.5-point advantage over second-place Northeastern (42). Defending champion Delaware is third with 25.5 points, followed by UNC Wilmington (25), James Madison (24), Elon (20), Towson (14) and the College of Charleston (5).
In the men's competition, W&M leads with 101 points. Northeastern is second with 62 and defending champion UNCW is in third with 22.
