Legacy 76 draws Carolina Dynamo in Open Cup, could host pro team in second round

Williamsburg's National Premier Soccer League team, Legacy 76, will visit Carolina Dynamo near Greensboro, N.C., in the first round of the Lamar Hunt U.S. Open Cup May 10.

Carolina Dynamo competes in the United Soccer League's Premier Development League, a development league similar to NPSL, and plays at the 7,000-seat Macpherson Stadium in Browns Summit. A number of notable former Dynamo players have gone on to play in Major League Soccer, many of whom were in-state collegiate products.
