Rijksmuseum, Amsterdam

The main building of the Rijksmuseum, home to great treasures from the Golden Age of Dutch painting, reopened in April after a 10-year renovation. The collection's presentation has been refreshed, but perhaps its most acclaimed canvas, Rembrandt's "Night Watch," has been restored to pride of place in its own gallery. In the fall, the Rijksmuseum's renovated Philips Wing is to open, dedicated to temporary exhibitions. Upcoming: "Alexander Calder in the Gardens," featuring 20 of his monumental sculptures in the museum's outdoor "gallery," June 22-Oct. 5. Info: www.rijksmuseum.nl/en
