“The Best of Broadway” sold out the Kimball Theatre in October, and the performers behind that musical hit are returning to the theatre on Saturday for an encore, but with a different theme.
“More of the Best of Broadway” sees Rob BonGiovanni, a producer and musical director, back again with his musical group, the Sound Investment. This time, their focus is on Broadway shows that made their way onto the big screen.
Another Kimball alumnus, Pam Wineapple is the show’s featured singer and performer. Wineapple has appeared on Broadway and starred in productions like “Applause” and “Promises, Promises.” She’s also performed on stages across the country.
“More of the Best of Broadway” lands at the Kimball Saturday at 8 p.m. Tickets are $25, available by calling 1-800-HISTORY.
