10 The Curator’s Artifact Tour: This behind-the-scenes tour provides an exciting opportunity to visit Jamestown Rediscovery’s archaeological laboratory and collection facility. 3-4:30 p.m. Wednesday, Historic Jamestowne, 1368 Colonial Parkway. Tickets $25.

4 Stargazing: The NASA/ Langley Skywatchers Club will set out telescopes for the public to view celestial bodies at New Quarter Park’s overflow parking area. 9-10 p.m. Saturday, New Quarter Park, 1000 Lakeshead Drive. Free.

3 40 Years of African American Interpretation: Past, Present, Future: Join Colonial Williamsburg interpreters, who make African American programs possible, as they share some of their programs and discuss the importance of telling the shared American Story. 5:30-7 p.m. Friday, Hennage Auditorium, 326 W.
