Williamsburg, VA – Providence Classical School head Susan Oweis and faculty welcomed many new and returning school families on the first day of the 2015-16 school year for the Christian school on Aug. 24.

“The faculty and staff are very excited to welcome the students and families back to school. We’ve enjoyed a very productive summer making enhancements to the campus. The teachers are prepared to kick off the school year, and the students are eager to begin,” stated Susan Oweis.

“PCS celebrates its 15th year, and we are pleased with the steady growth we continue to experience.  We’ve had growth across the board in the grammar, dialectic (middle) and rhetoric (high) schools.”

The school will celebrate its 15th year milestone during the annual Back to School Family Picnic on Friday, Sept. 11.  It continues to offer a unique educational setting to K-12 families in Hampton Roads.
