On Saturday, October 10th, three generations of the Donk's Smith family will take the stage as featured entertainers. Lynda and Richard Smith, the son and daughter of Uncle Jimmy Wickham (Smith), has each earned the title of Junior Entertainer of the Year (in different years) from the Virginia Folk Music Association and will share their talent with the Donk's audience as featured entertainment for the evening. Uncle Jimmy Wickham (Smith), one of the original partners in the Donk's venture and reigning emcee for a number of years, will be presenting his daughter, Lynda, his son, Richard and his grandchildren Andrew Greve and Melody Smith as this musical family sings their way into the hearts of their audience. Richard, an extremely accomplished drummer, has promised his followers "Something that's never been done before this the Donk's stage" and his followers know he will keep that promise. Lynda, who has an incredible voice and knows how to use it, just completed a new gospel CD and will be singing at least one of the songs from the album. Bassist and singer, David Shuber, will be on hand to contribute to the show as well as vocalist, A. J. McKeen, who is scheduled to perform a duet with Richard. Together they will presents a variety of music, mostly country - a little rock-a lot of fun!

The show on October 10th will feature The Opry Regulars, Uncle Jimmy Wickham and the Shades of Country.
