Fall Weekday Programs at Walnut Hills Baptist

Walnut Hills Baptist Church, 1014 Jamestown Road, offers weekday Bible study and prayer opportunities. A 5 week Bible study based on "Enough" by Adam Hamilton is taught by Carol Mitchell on Mondays at 10. "Women at the Well" Bible study meets on Tuesdays at 9:30. A men's prayer group meets on Wed. at 8:30 followed by a women's Bible study led by Linda Ward at 10:30. TeamKid, an after school program for children in grades K-5, meets at 4:15. A family meal is served at 5:30 followed by a study of "Christianity and World Religions" led by Dr, Jim Hunter, senior pastor. Adult choir, under the direction of Rev. John Thompson, music minister, practices at 7. A men's Bible study of the Corinthian epistles led by Dan Gaske meets on the 1st and 3 rd. Thursdays at 8 a.m. Moms Next, a support group for moms of school age children meets at 9:30. Dr. Hunter will be at Panera in New Town on Thursdays from 9-11 for coffee and conversation. Peninsula Chinese Baptist Church holds a Chinese dinner and Bible study for William and Mary students in the Hospitality Center on Fridays at 7. All are welcome.
