Habitat for Humanity's Williamsburg ReStore Presents the President's Lifetime Volunteer Service Award to Three Deserving Volunteers

On December 2, 2018, at the Williamsburg ReStore's Christmas gathering, Donna Poissant, Tom Sanchez, and David Heidel were presented with the President's Lifetime Volunteer Service Award. Having volunteered at the ReStore in excess of 4000 hours since it opened in April of 2012, these individuals have served as a model of the American spirit. Demonstrating compassion and a willingness to give of themselves, they have helped our nation address one of the biggest challenges of our time, safe, affordable housing. These hardworking and kindhearted volunteers inspire us all to focus on the needs of our neighbors and community. The wonderful volunteer family at the Williamsburg ReStore is proud to serve along side these deserving and honored individuals.
