James City County Administrator speaks to Kiwanis

Scott Stevens, the new James City County Administrator, recently spoke to the Kiwanis Club of Colonial Capital about many issues facing the County both short and long term. At the request of some of the club members, he discussed a short term issue of delays in getting construction permits, and long term issues of water resources, the Comprehensive Plan in development and zoning, and organization structure for the administration. Pictured above are Club President Rama Skelton, Stevens, and club member and program sponsor Larry Shoberg.
