James City Lions Club brightens Thanksgiving for needy families

James City Lions prepare to deliver dinners, pantry food items and flowers to two families. Williamsburg area "Faith in Action", a non-profit that fosters caring relationships between volunteers and seniors, physically disabled adults, or those with long-term health needs, provided the names of the families. This is an annual project for the James City Lions Club and it is one more way that Lions extend their outreach in the community beyond sight, hearing and diabetes programs. Pictured (from left)) are Lions Linda Benner, Colleen Woodard, and Joyce Wilson (project leader).
