James City Lions conduct highly successful charity golf tournament

The James City Lions Club held their annual fund raising golf tournament in late October at the Ford's Colony Country Club. In terms of raising monies, this was the most successful tournament the Club has ever conducted. Shown presenting a check to club president Lion Jack Reitz is Lion Don Martin. Lion Larry Bartholomew (tournament co-chair) is also pictured. All funds raised in this effort go back into the Greater Williamsburg community with focus on the Lions core missions of sight, hearing and diabetes. The JC Lions wish to thank the Premier Sponsors: Chesapeake Bank, Chesapeake Wealth Management, Fireside Chophouse and Holiday Chevrolet and Cadillac. Additionally, a sincere thank you goes to the Ford's Colony Country Club staff, the 54 hole sponsors, the numerous businesses and individuals that supported this tournament.
