James City Lions ring bell for Salvation Army

Thirty JC Lions will provide nearly 60 volunteer hours ringing the bell for the Salvation Army during three days before Christmas at Belk Department Store. This is an annual undertaking for the Club and it is one more way that Lions reach out in community service beyond their focus of sight, hearing and diabetes. Pictured (from left) are Lion Wayne Glass, Alice Vellines (contributor), and Lion Merv Frantz (project leader).
