Janna Roche donates to Local Authors Project at Williamsburg Regional Library

Local author Janna Roche (left) donates her "Visiting Hours are Over" to the Williamsburg Regional Library. Circulation Services Director Alicia Phinney accepts the gift. This book is a touching, behind the scenes account of the ending days of the authors' parents. The book integrates a chaplain (author's) perspective with a provocative storyline of seven daughters mired in the responsibilities of supporting their dying parents. Janna Roche is a semi-retired chaplain who has served as chaplain at Hospice House, spent sixteen years as chaplain at Patriots Colony Retirement Community, and works part time at Bucktrout Funeral Home. Before moving to Williamsburg she was a chaplain in New York. This title will be added to the Local Authors Project collection at the library. For more information call 757.259.4042.
