Local author Joe Freitus (right) donates his recent book "Tracking Jubal Crank" to Williamsburg Regional Library. Adult Services Librarian Dwight Woodward accepts the gift. Set in the Civil War, Jubal Crank is an escaped Confederate POW. Union Provost Marshall Abner Tasker is the man determined to recapture him. Making their way through the wilderness of Pennsylvania, they race in the same direction, with opposite ultimate objectives. A U.S. Navy veteran, Mr. Freitus has been a teacher and writer for thirty years. In addition to winning awards in his profession, he has worked for the motion picture industry. This title will be added to the Local Authors Project collection at the library. For more information call 757.259.4042.
