The Junior Cotillion of Hampton Roads, Inc. is a Peninsula-wide organization which was begun in 1985 in an effort to promote confidence, self-esteem and self-discipline in young people (grades five through nine) through the instruction of dance and etiquette. During a recent dance in at the Historic Triangle Community Center members donated non-perishable food for FISH. Pictured (from left) are Kay Martin, FISH president Gene Bruss, and Greg Martin.
